SaveMe supplement
This page is a short addendum for SaveMe, the personal accounting app in PersonalManager. It explains how your money records are handled. It adds to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, and it does not replace them.
In plain words
- SaveMe helps you track personal money habits, including expenses, accounts, loans, and related records.
- Your money records stay in SaveMe unless you export them or connect something yourself.
- Shared Login is identity only. It is how you sign in with one Blackwhale account across SaveMe and MoveMe.
- We do not sell your transaction history.
- SaveMe is a personal accounting tool. It is not a bank, and it is not a tax advisor.
Scope
This supplement adds to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Those documents still cover your Blackwhale account and the PersonalManager suite. This page covers the extra details that apply when you use SaveMe. Read it together with the Terms and the Privacy Policy. It does not replace either one.
Data we keep for SaveMe
The records you keep in SaveMe can include:
- Accounts you set up for your own bookkeeping.
- Categories you use to group income and spending.
- Expenses and other entries you record.
- Transfers you record between accounts you track.
- Loans you choose to record, including the amounts and notes you enter.
- Foreign-exchange details you store so amounts can be shown in the currencies you use.
- Rules you create to organize or categorize entries.
- Files you attach to a record, when you choose to add one.
We use these records to show your books back to you inside SaveMe.
Where the data comes from
You can enter records yourself. You can also bring data in through imports you run, or through optional integrations you choose to enable. SaveMe uses those sources only when you use them. Money records are not copied in from MoveMe on their own.
Why we use it
We use SaveMe data to provide the bookkeeping experience you asked for: showing your records, organizing them, and preparing the reports you open in the product. Agent and MCP tools can use those records only when you authorize them. They do not run on your money records unless you turn that access on.
Shared Login
Shared Login lets you use one Blackwhale account across SaveMe and MoveMe. That account tells each app who is signed in. Your money data stays in SaveMe. It does not blend into MoveMe by default. MoveMe does not receive your accounts, expenses, transfers, loans, or other SaveMe records unless you use a feature you explicitly choose, such as an export or a connection you enable.
Sharing
We may use service providers that host SaveMe, deliver email, or help us operate the product. They handle data for those purposes. We do not sell your transaction history or other personal money records. We may share information when the law requires it, or when you ask us to connect a service you enable.
Retention, deletion, and export
We keep SaveMe records while your account is active so the product can show them to you. If you ask us to delete your account or your SaveMe data, we delete or de-identify it within a reasonable time, except where a limited copy must remain for security, backups, or a legal obligation. Our intent is that you can export your SaveMe records and take them with you. To ask about access, export, or deletion, email [email protected].
Financial disclaimer
SaveMe is a personal accounting tool. It is not a bank, and it does not hold or move your money. It does not provide tax advice or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. The figures you see come from what you enter, import, or connect. You remain responsible for the financial decisions you make.
